Rosalie founded THE DIRT PEDDLER, in Palmdale, now known as DP COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE, in 1979. Specializing in the sale of commercial and industrial undeveloped acreage has evolved into the sales, leasing and management of the finished product, including retail centers, office complexes and industrial parks.
